Main character
– Aiden
We decided to
use a male as the leading role, simply because based on our research; there were
not very many films with a male as the leading role. The films that we found
that had male leading roles were 17 Again, John Tucker Must Die and Super bad.
Aiden is a
stereotypical, popular teenage boy. He has many friends and also has a love
interest however she is an unpopular girl and his friends think of it as
weird. He would be wearing very typical stylish clothing such as a regular hoodie, blue jeans and white shoes.
Aiden’s love
interest – Kate
Kate is a
stereotypical unpopular girl. She is quiet and shy, and does not have many
friends. She is Aiden’s love interest, but they do not interact with each other
until the football hits her. Kate would be also be wearing very stereotypical clothing but slightly less fashionable due to be more unpopular and less known.
Kate’s best
friend – Jessica
Jessica is
Kate’s best friend and she is also unpopular. She wears very stereotypical clothing for this age group like a khaki bomber jacket and blue jeans. She does not have a love interest throughout the film and keeps to herself mostly.
Aiden’s friend
– Tom
Tom is Aiden’s
friend/‘wingman’. Like Aiden, he is also popular and he also thinks that Aiden
liking an unpopular girl is strange. Again wears very stereotypical clothing for this age group due to being in the popular group with aiden. Like a jacket and black jeans
