Purple connotes that it is very luxurious and sophisticated as it is seen to be rare in nature as well as well as also being mysterious. The image in the centre is a young boy sitting on the moon fishing which could be seen as very imaginative and different which connotes that their films are very imaginative because children are often more creative then older people. The moonlight shining on to the clouds makes it seem magical or like a fantasy. Also the multiple shades of blue used along side the purple makes it seem more calming and relaxing like a dream. The serif font of DreamWorks connotes that it is less serious and produces more fun and calm films. 

 

Universal Studios Logo-

 

 

The image of world connotes that the films produced by them are showed around the world and enjoyed everywhere. The black background makes the stars in the universe shine brighter which connotes that there are star or celebrities in their film. The glow behind the earth is white and connotes that it is hopeful and pure

20th Century Fox-
 

 

 The spotlights around the main logo connote that the people in the films produced by the company are in the spotlight meaning they use celebrities and famous people. The font of the logo is sans serif which shows that it is a more serious company that produces very high quality films professionally. The gold colouring of the font connotes wealth and gold is usually associated with high quality, rich item. This emphasises that the films produced by the company are also going to be of a very high quality. The darker purples and blues used in the background connote the same things as the DreamWorks colours as the colours used are very rich and relaxing too further emphasising the quality of the company.

Take Two Productions -


 

 The font used by Take Two is sans serif and black this connotes that they are a very professional company and serious about making films at a high quality. The background being white makes the black font and logo really stand out and connotes that they are to the point. The two t's angled and placed in that position make a film reel which may connote that take two are passionate about making their films.
